Platform Overview

Workflows vs. Global

The left-hand sidebar contains two types of items:

Workflows

Each workflow is a distinct program (e.g., Whistleblowing, Conflicts of Interest, Incident Response). Pages and reports within a workflow are unique and customizable per workflow.

Confide Platform can support as many or as few workflows as needed by a company.

Global

Items that are workflow-agnostic and apply across the entire platform, including Templates, Registers, and Notifications.

When toggling between workflows, all pages, report lists, and configurations are specific to that workflow. Global items remain consistent regardless of which workflow is selected.
